Heh.....life.....

Heya everyone.

My scanner is working again (somehow)!
Now if only it weren't a crappy scanner. :/

Anyway, straight to the point!

I would really like to get better.....Drawing-wise, that is.
I wish to grow and excel in my art, and to do that I need feedback. So, this leads me to my favor, which I'm going to ask of you lovely people:

I would like you to comment on this journal with a list of what you like about my art, and what you dislike about my art. You can put as little/many points on your list as you like, but keep in mind, the less you put, the less I have to go by.

This is your chance to, not only, be honest with me without fear of anger, but it's also your chance to help me produce better pieces that won't hurt your eyes.  : D

So, I just got back last night from a family vacation.
I'm tired.  ( 0 . 0 );

How have you all been?
I've been..........weird!  : D
_{Though, whether that's a good thing or not, I've yet to figure out.}

I finally got a full-color piece finished!
It's been aaaaaggggeeeessss since I last finished a personal picture with full colors. I feel so not-lazy and proud of myself.

Though, it seems the universe does not want me to upload this pic. :/
First, I had no yellow copics that suited my blonde hair needs. I was forced to use colored pencils on what was supposed to be an all-copic piece. But whatever. I made it through! *triumph*

But THEN!

My stupid scanner has to go and break!!! D:
I can't even print or copy either! >:U

Seriously? Thanks, technology. :l

Please wish me luck on my scanner-fixing adventure!

P.S. On a special note: the new Summer Anime come out July 1st! Can't wait to dig through the clunkers to find a few gems!  : D
Not to mention, "Durarara!!" (dubbed) is now being played on Adult Swim! Awesomeness, here I come! ;D

ugh....you'd think between a collection of nearly 200 Copic Markers, I'd have a decent selection of yellow to pick from......

But I don't. :C

I even have a picture completely ready to go except for the hair, and I need colors that suggest BLONDE hair! But noooo. Let's -not- have the right colors so artists like myself can bang their heads against a wall. >:U

*sigh*

Maybe one day......
For now...to the Colored Pencils!!!
